Shaughan, Director of 'Premium Holdings Pty Ltd', has over 15 years experience in the Real Estate and Property Marketing industry and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW (#1295851), VIC (#072593L) and QLD (#3430780).His marketing experience has been with the likes of Seair Trading QLD, No Limits Lifestyle Investment and involved positions such as Sales Manager for Laing & Simmons, Residential Investments Services and General Manager and Head of the Real Estate Property Division for Guardian Asia Pacific
During this time he has continued to run a successful Audio/ Visual Production company known as Stagedoor Productions, which has been trading for over 20 years. Stagedoor also runs a successful café` which Shaughan integrated a number of years ago.
All in all Shaughan’s experience and education within this industry allows clients to benefit on a case by case basis as well as knowing that the advice that they are receiving is based on fact, experience and industry intuition.

Jason has a dynamic background consisting of a Bachelor of Hotel Management with an accounting major, CIMA (part qualified), qualified Financial Advisor, Registered Real Estate Agent and has presented at numerous property investment seminars. He has worked as the project accountant for large scale property developer, Devine Ltd and also sold and leased commercial real estate with Raine and Horne Commercial.During this time he has successfully put his money where his mouth is and built up a personal investment property portfolio and also enjoys trading options and diversifying through a “buy and hold” share portfolio.
