Shaughan has over 10 years experience in the Real estate and Property marketing industry and is a Registered Real Estate Agent and Director of 'Premium Holdings Pty Ltd'.His marketing experience has been with the likes of Seair Trading QLD, No Limits Lifestyle Investment and involved positions such as Sales Manager for Laing & Simmons, Residential Investments Services and General Manager and Head of the Real Estate Property Division for Guardian Asia Pacific
During this time he has continued to run a successful Audio/ Visual Production company known as Stagedoor Productions, which is currently in it’s 24th year of trading. Stagedoor also runs a successful café` which Shaughan integrated a number of years ago.
All in all Shaughan’s experience and education within this industry allows clients to benefit on a case by case basis as well as knowing that the advice that they are receiving is based on fact, experience and industry intuition.

Over the past 20 years, Bernie’s life has revolved around the purchase, sale, management and financing of Australian property. Bernie has invested personally in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane with great success.In 1982, he relocated from Sydney to Brisbane and set up a successful automotive transmission business which allowed him to both dabble in the local property market and much to his liking, improve his golf handicap during what he called his ‘semi-retirement years’!
By 1988, he was focusing more attention on his personal investments (divorce can be a powerful motivator!). In 1992 he was appointed as a Senior Consultant for a Japanese golf course developer, Shinko, assisting them to market their properties internationally, with a focus on the ‘Owner Occupier’ market.
In 2001 he was recruited to the investment branch of Collisons’ Finance & Investments - one of the largest providers of finance for mortgage finance in South East Queensland. By 2002, he was running Collisons’ NSW operations from Parramatta, which in turn led him back into the property investment market through Fairchild Property & Investments. Bernie is now an integral part of Premium Lifestyle Group, his experience will be invaluable to our clients success.
Bernie is passionate about applying the lessons learnt during the past two decades to educate clients with a logical and systemised approach - applying solid research and set criteria to identify suitable properties designed to achieve maximum long term growth with an above average tax effect income.
