This letter is just a quick note to express our gratitude to both Premium Lifestyle Group and Jason Monks our mortgage consultant. We recently purchased our first investment property through them and the whole experience has been a great one. As most people would understand the first time you do something as big as this it is majorly scary.
For my husband Paul it was a walk in the park but for myself it was a big risk and huge financial commitment. With the personal help of Jason Agnew we were able to select a property that most appealed to us and appeared to be the best value for money. All the area research was provided for us as well as a full house and land package. A complete financial analysis was also completed by Jason which enabled us to see how much the property was going to cost us on a weekly basis. We were provided with as much or as little help as we wanted with regards to mortgage brokers, banks, real estate agents and insurance companies. We elected to get the assistance of Jason Monks from Direct Deal Finance who was absolutely fantastic and made this whole process very easy. Jason organized all our finance through the bank of our choice and walked us step by step through all the bank documents and each draw down. We chose to use the Real estate Jason Agnew from Premium Lifestyle group also suggested.
We had tenants signed up two weeks after handover and had an unfortunate event that led to us having to claim insurance only two weeks after handover. The Real estate & Insurance company had everything sorted out for us before I was even notified we had a break in. So even though we had the misfortune of theft at our property our dealings with every one has been fantastic to say the least. Our tenants have moved in and we now have a rental income. We have built a home once before that my husband and I live in and it was one drama after another not something I wish to do again in a hurry. This process however so very easy and was only made that way by the people we have dealt with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason Agnew, Premium Lifestyle Group or any other of the people whom we have dealt with along the way to friends and family.

"We had talked about purchasing an investment property for quite some time, but being very busy with work, family and all the accoutrements of modern day life, we just never got around to doing the hard work required to find the best investment opportunity for us.
Jason and the team at the Premium Lifestyle Group changed that for us. They really were fantastic and changed our view on what the best investment would be in our circumstances. After a detailed consultation, we were presented with a number of options to choose from that related directly to the requirements that we had previously outlined.

Well we got our cheques from the ATO and have booked a trip to Hawaii for Christmas/New Year. I know this probably isn't in keeping with solid financial practice, but try talking us out of it!
The property has been running on auto pilot with the agents you referred us to looking after it splendidly. All I do is update the numbers on a spreadsheet every month and when tax time comes fill in the forms and before you know it.... Aloha!

David and I were first put in contact with Shaughan Pringle and James Williamson through a friend of ours. We'd been thinking for a while about investing in property as a way of saving and accumulating assets for the future. As long-term but stable renters in Sydney we had no idea how the property market worked let alone how to purchase a property. We approached our first meeting with Shaughan with a healthy dose of scepticism and a fair amount of wariness.
